Jeff Perry is the Founder and Managing Member of Plainview Oil Company, LLC, an Oklahoma-based mineral acquisition and professional land services firm built on integrity, grit, and disciplined execution. Since beginning his land career in 2011 under the mentorship of an oil and gas attorney and geologic engineer, Jeff has developed a structured, detail-driven approach to mineral ownership, title evaluation, and regulatory matters. He currently owns and manages approximately 20,000 net mineral acres and oversees roughly 500 working interest wells across Oklahoma.
Jeff serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Farmers Royalty Company and sits on the Board of Oklahoma NARO. He is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) and the Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen (OCAPL). A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a BBA in Business Management and a minor in Real Estate Finance, Jeff combines business discipline with field-level land experience.
Deeply rooted in Oklahoma, Jeff is active in ranching, community involvement, and faithfully attends and serves at his local church. His leadership philosophy is simple: work hard, tell the truth, honor your word, and treat people with respect.
Guy Faulkenberry has worked alongside Jeff Perry since 2018 and serves as Lead Acquisition Agent for Plainview Oil Company. Guy is responsible for negotiating mineral purchases, evaluating opportunities, and maintaining direct communication with landowners across Oklahoma. Known for his steady demeanor and persistence, he approaches every negotiation with discipline and respect. He understands that mineral ownership is often personal and generational, and he takes the time to ensure landowners clearly understand their options.
Working closely with leadership, Guy helps structure acquisitions responsibly and align each opportunity with Plainview’s long-term strategy. His consistency, work ethic, and relationship-driven approach reflect the integrity and determination that define the firm.
