If you have received an email from Plainview Oil Company and would prefer not to receive further messages, we will remove you. You do not need to give a reason, and you will not be asked for any information beyond your email address.
To unsubscribe, do either of the following:
- Reply to the email you received with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line, or
- send a message to info@plainviewoilcompany.com with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
Please send it from the address you would like removed, so we remove the right one.
What happens next
Your address is added to our do-not-contact list. We process removals promptly and, in every case, within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
We keep unsubscribed addresses on a suppression list indefinitely. This is deliberate: it is the only way to be sure you are not contacted again if your name later appears in a fresh search of public county records. That list is used for nothing else.
What this does and does not cover
- Unsubscribing stops marketing and outreach email from Plainview Oil Company.
- It does not stop correspondence about an active transaction you are already party to, or messages we are required to send for legal or contractual reasons.
- It does not apply to postal mail. If you would also like to stop receiving letters, say so in your message and include your mailing address.
